May 2025 2.00I have learned one thing from this rental. Don;'t ever rent a place that offers no refund from the time of payment. Several air BnB homes offer a refund if cancelled within a few days of the reservation. We rented this place for 10 days awaiting the birth of our grandson. The birth came a week and a half early so our plans changed and we were not going to be there the days we signed up for. No refund although it was a week earlier than checkin. The owner said she would try to rent it but the listing was taken off for the days we paid for. We then were able to rent it for three days before the days we originally rented it for. When we got there ( this is 3 days earlier than original rental days) there were toys in the front yard, the grass was not cut, there was trash in the backyard on the ground. The furniture inside was dirty, there were no instructions on how to work the lighting. Beds seemed uncomfortable. My husband couldn't stay there! We didn't stay one night. $2000

March 2025 5.00Everything is as described and looks exactly like the pictures. She has anything you could possibly need. She let me check in early which was extremely helpful. She was extremely fast with responding and with extending my stay every few days. She let me know in advance that she had another booking for a week 2 days before I had to leave so that I had time to pack. She offered one of her other properties if I needed it when I had to leave this one.
