Airbnb support recommended this place after a hr cancelation of our original airbnb. This place was broken into front living room windows off track i put them back on the hinge. Dirty couch, ants empty laundry bottles so soap to wash clothes. Trash can piled so high there was so space for our trash...my first experience i didn't like it one bit...when our airbnb was canceled we should have canceled too...now they want 271 in damages and we paid 232 for 1 night. Make that make since. Im not paying for nobody else's stay. The cleanup crew hit and missed to get that guaranteed money 💰. Im choosing a hotel over a airbnb for now onnnnnnn. Very very very disappointed and upset 😡 of the turnout pointing at us to pay for someone else's stay. No maam

Marlynna is always a terrific host. She's very easy going and the houses always feel like home away from home.

Good place

I am the worst at communicating as I do not always get message notifications from the app. But they don't seem to mind and always have me back. These are work trips and this home is perfect after a long day. Very easy check in. Always a great stay

Overall, the house is good – convenient location and spacious rooms. However, it could use a bit more cleanliness and attention to details. Still, it’s a suitable option for a short stay.

The host is great and communicated quickly and effectively. We had some issues while there like a fire hazard and bad breaker and the living room was really hot. They did their best to fix them which is appreciated but these shouldn’t really be issues at an air bnb.

So disappointing. AC didn’t work among a host of other issues. No, moving the AC unit from one room to another room is not a viable solution — then the other room doesn’t have AC. Spent the second night in a hotel which was less than half the cost and considerably nicer. Asked for a refund for the second night and she said she insinuated that she would only return my money for a 5 star review. If she did this to me, I can only assume she has done this to others. If everyone properly rated this home then I wouldn’t have stayed there. Broken AC, overloaded circuit breakers that trip, flashing lights because of the electrical issues, water damage to the ceiling in the kitchen, musty because of standing water in the basement…. 0 out of 10 recommend — especially because Marlynna isn’t a good host. I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs, I’ve never left early because of a home in disrepair…

There was animal hair all over the sofa. I complain about it immediately since my son has an allergy to animal hair. She wanted to send in a cleaner which was a big inconvenience the guest. There was ants, cracks along every floor which gave me a feeling that there could possibly be mice. towels and rags, dirty. Dirty couch, dirty linen, the stairs feel like you finna drop down doors on the bedrooms do not shut properly for privacy. Check in at 4pm check out is 10 am. What a rip off!

To say Thank You sometimes just isn’t enough. My family experienced an immediate loss in our house from an unexpected emergency. In that, we immediately took to this home. Everyone goes through SOMETHING and this host provides the best they CAN. I appreciate that in someone. Blessings are found in many ways and they can also come through people. Thank you for this experience and showing there are still GOOD PEOPLE in this world regardless of our situations. Recommended if you’re looking for the RIGHT Host.

The host and the place inside was beautiful decorated. The host communication skills were impeccable. I know this listing is new and it's thing to improve upon. It seems as if they're still rehabbing the place. With this listing I truly hated to mark it down because the host was just that amazing, but I always leave true and honest reviews. For me to give a 5 every attention to detail has to be met. Almost flawless because no rentals are ever perfect. I would definitely recommend others to stay at this home.
