This is a quiet neighborhood, eclectic and diverse, some houses in the neighborhood are very well tended to while there are some that could use some TLC.  While we don't control the neighborhood, we do take pride in our locations.

The house was definitely older and needed repairs. The floor board going into the kitchen had a nail sticking out. I was constantly tripping over it. Also I had left and came back the garbage was pulled to the front. I made me uneasy. Went I check out I followed all the instructions. The host tried to say I didn't leave all the keys on the property. I only had one key.

Uncomfortable unsanitary over charge Positive: This home was unsanitary this was not the house on here I was charge twice then got move to another house that was so unsanitary I sleep in my car in the driveway Negative: The whole in floor paint chipping heat work when it wanted to and mice unsanitary the refrigeration was filthy
