Nice little get away right by front street! Beautiful home and very cozy!

Home was convenient for access to Cuyahoga National Park. Some noise in the area with bar across the street and train. Stairs to get upstairs are very steep.

Positive: Very homey and comfortable in a great location. Negative: It was cold at night, and the furnace didn't work. Host didn't return our call regarding this issue. A fireplace in the living room helped, but it was very cold in the mornings. Other than that, I'd stay there again

The location was perfect for us and in a pretty quiet area with a bar and grill across the street The house was very clean and organized , we also liked the deck to be able to sit out on. The owner was very responsive to any question or comment we had, I would highly recommend this listing and we plan to stay again next yr.

Very disappointed in the accuracy of the listing description and photos, compared to the actual house. There is no dedicated work space as shown in photos and also indicated in description, that is the main reason we rented this house. You might want to update listing.

Good location. Only issues were bathroom lights and some outlets didn't work so probably just breaker switch and I had someone come in that was staying in other unit probably just unsure no big deal. I loved it

We loved our cozy cottage stay! Positive: We loved the cottage. It was comfortable and very home like. Everything we needed was available. Plenty of towels, kitchen gadgets and wifi. It helped make our visit with family memorable. Negative: No cons!

Always a good experience at her airbnb

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Marlynna was very communicative and helpful. We felt very welcome. There was even fruit in a bowl provided and the towels were arranged and presented very nicely in each room. The home was clean and well maintained. Everyone slept well. The neighborhood was safe and walkable and there are bars and restaurants available within walking distance. There were toys and games available that my children enjoyed. They especially liked the keyboard and air hockey table. We brought our own books, but there were a few books available, too. The surrounding community is amazing with a lot to do. We visited the Cuyahoga National Park, where they have a 65-foot waterfall. There's a fantastic downtown area, as well. The Workz downtown was really cool for both kids and adults. Downtown Cleveland is 19 minutes away. I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay there! Exactly what we needed.

Marlynna's house was perfect for us. Clean bedrooms and renovated bathrooms, nice living room in which to hang out, plenty of parking, and kitchen had all we needed - including coffee and a hot water pot for tea. Neighborhood was quiet residential. Would stay here again if we needed a place in town to visit friends or to explore the beautiful area. It is an older home, so guests just need to be aware that they are not at a Hampton Inn.

It was a good stay , was very cold outside but the house was warm and cozy

I usually always have great stays with Airbnb but this stay was an absolute nightmare for the price, the host threatened to call the police because her cameras went down and accused us of unplugging the internet, we posed no threat we were staying as a family with a child, someone entered the Airbnb while we were away, the house itself is very outdated for the price none of the tvs worked on arrival when I made the host aware the Airbnb was dirty and the tvs didn’t work she told me that’s impossible she sent the cleaner back to re clean and confirm to the host none of the remotes had batteries this stay was unclean,unsafe, definitely would not book again. Being threatened to call the police while my 8 year old child is with me is very distasteful all because their cameras malfunction is insane..

Only stayed one night didn’t spend too much time inside one thing that was a bit sketchy was the steps going upstairs .. one of my friends did fall down the steps pretty hard .. they are steep, narrow, windy and uneven .. besides that the place was as expected and comfy

This home is older but very cozy. You can tell it has been updated. It has a comfortable feel. I love that there were toys available, and how close it is located to downtown and the many trails in Cuyahoga National Park. It was a perfect resting place for our family of 7.

We had a last-minute change of plans and our host was extremely accommodating. We were able to book this house with very short notice and it turned out to be a great space for us. She did everything she could to make her stay great.

I don't think I read the comments very well.. I didn't realize the master bedroom suite was upstairs.. Up steep stairs that wind .. which was difficult for us to do. We ended up sleeping on the small twin and the sofa. We had with us an elderly dog who steps are a bit of a chore ... we did not realize there would be so many steps to get in via the front or even the back door. Lovely Place but probably would not book it again just because of so many steps.

This may not be an trendy home but was clean , cozy and kids friendly. Location was very convenient and host was very responsive and great at recommendation of local places we enjoyed our stay

The house was exactly as described and a great value. We were just in town for a couple of days and it was perfect for our family to crash a couple of nights. Location was easy and convenient to Route 8. The kitchen was a bit lacking and was disorganized, but were were able to make do. Our kiddos loved the toys and the air hockey table. It was awesome to have a washer and dryer handy.

Great cottage in Cuyahoga Falls. Nicely refurbished cottage with near-by restaurants & outdoor activities. Marlynna is a great host. Extremely responsive. Hope to return soon!

Great place. very clean. Older home with slanted ceilings and steep stairs for those with mobility issues, but there is a single bed and full bathroom on main level. This would be a very fun stay for those with kids. It has bunk beds, air hockey, board games. and you could walk next door to the root beer stand ( but it's closed Mondays).

I Really liked the place, it has everything you need to have a good time, everything is very clean! I recommend this place

The place was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The host responded to messages pretty quickly when we had questions. Across the street from a root beer stand, and not far from shopping and checking out the little town. We had a great girls trip there!

Loved staying here! It was perfect for the small group and short trip we had planned! Super easy to check in and out and had no problems at all with anything!Absolutely love how close it is to Blossom Mucis Center, Brandywine Falls, and obviously The Basement!

I would consider getting central air conditioning instead of using window units If anything window unit for the living room was hot and humid during the day Otherwise really nice place and enjoyed out time there much thanks

Marlynna’s place was lovely for a short overnight stay. Well stocked kitchen, tidy home, very thoughtful placement of small bits and bobs.

We really enjoyed the stay. 3 friends and I were on a short golf trip and the house fit all of our needs. Felt like a hotel stay with the way the beds were prepared which was very nice. In close proximity to a brewery overlooking the river (3 minute drive) and also right across the street from a sports bar as well. Marlynna was very responsive and if we are in the area again we will definitely stay again.

Marlynna is a wonderful host. This is the second home we’ve stayed in of hers and she is always so responsive, friendly and checks in on us during our stay. The home is cozy, and in a quiet area. Right across the street is 2 restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking on the property. Beds are firm. There is no desk or workspace area. And the furniture has changed a bit since the pictures were uploaded. However, every amenity you would need is here. Kitchen utensils, cookware, a grill, etc. the front porch has a nice sitting area that feels very peaceful and homey. The photos of the listing are not reflective of current changes to the property. Stairs are steep. The bedrooms are upstairs and without central air the hallway gets pretty toasty. However there is window A/Cs in both bedrooms making it very comfortable temperature wise. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and felt so comfortable and right at home.

A group of friends stayed at Marlynna’s as we were in town for a wedding. It was the perfect spot for location, as you can walk into town with lots of great restaurants and shops. The house was everything we needed for our short weekend!

Awesome place! Positive: Location was perfect and it felt like home away from home! Definitely will be using that location again on our next trip. Negative: The bedroom with the bunk beds had no heat and needed to find a space heater to help.

Marlynna was a wonderful host and all the amenities were perfect for our spontaneous family hike. I forgot a few staples but the house was well stocked and saved me from having to run errands. I definitely would book another trip to this location/ with this host.

This is a conveniently located inexpensive older house. I would not have wanted to have stayed there more than one night. The stairs to the second floor as well as the outside access was very challenging and were not easy to navigate.

Where do I start, Marlynna’s place was beautiful and very well stocked. There were tips and updates and the responsiveness was absolutely. We were allowed an early check in after a 24 hour drive across country and having a shower felt amazing! There was a space heater to heat upstairs which worked magnificent. I have no complaints or bad things to say. Spacious, homie, well stocked, welcoming, beautiful.

We were grateful to find this property convenient for our stay to visit our daughter. We found many maintenance items and have provided this host with a direct message providing our recommendations needed for progress toward a four or 5-star rating/review.

Very cute place and really close to it all in the falls. Marlynna is very informative and accommodating, felt right at home, and very relaxed. Plenty of parking, easy check in/out! Had coffee and even candy out! A great place for a family with children as there are board games for all ! Will definitely be back!

Positive: The kitchen was nice and lots of things were provided. It was pretty clean and the neighborhood is decent. Negative: Half the building didn't have power and it was cold as hell in there. The only thing we had was a small heater inside one of the rooms.

The host was great and kind, the house was easy to find, however it wasn’t exactly the same as the pictures as there weren’t as many beds as depicted. However the common areas were very clean and it was a fun place to hang out and relax!

The place was clean and had everything we needed. The house made us feel quite at home and had plenty of space. The only downside, in our opinion was the location, as some of the surrounding homes were quite run down.
