January 2026 2.00The heater was broken. Set at 61° & wouldn’t increase & it was 5° outside. There were wet rugs left in the washer and linens left in the dryer. There was mold in the tub and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. It is an older house with very old carpet and floors, so it had a cat pee smell. I will say, though that the host was apologetic and good at communicating. I had to get a refund and find another location.

January 2026 5.00A wonderful little private 3bd home. Spacious layout. Activities (games, books, movies, etc) available for the whole family. Washer/Dryer with laundry detergent right off the kitchen very convenient. Flexible check in / out. Early check in and late check out available and very flexible. Enjoyed my stay and will be staying again in the future.

November 2025 3.00The property was decent and fairly clean. Management was efficient and responsive. The main issue that I had was the Internet service, which interfered with my holiday plans so much that I actually did not stay there for holiday. The list of concerns that I had the management company said that they would address. I think the major problem and why I gave it a lower rating it’s because of the amount of issues I felt like I should have been given a discount. I actually was going to try to extend this day but when they didn’t even offer 10% off I didn’t move forward. I think the house is fine for the price that was offered. I feel like I would not rent that space again personally because it’s not up to the standards in which I’m used to, but I feel like it would have served the purpose if it weren’t so cold and if the Internet, we’re work
